About us

Esme Munrohas 11 years childcare experience working in a variety of roles including Nanny, Babysitter, Additional Needs Nanny, Support Worker and Classroom Assistant working with various ages and abilities.
She also spent one year as a full time volunteer at The Royal Blind School, Edinburgh where she had many valuable and life changing experiences. Working with children with additional needs in this setting inspired Esme to further her knowledge through embarking on a HNC and HND in Supporting and Managing Special Learning Needs at Langside College. She then moved on to obtain a BA in Learning Disabilities and/or Difficulties at Fife College in 2005.

As a consultant for Glasgow Childcare Solutions Esme aims to utilise all the skills she has attained by providing families with all the advice and support needed when seeking childcare for a child with special requirements.

Jacqueline Titus has 14 years childcare experience including Nanny, Maternity Nurse, Nursery Assistant, Parent's Help, Babysitter and is mother herself.
Her childcare experience began in Texas where she grew up; she emigrated to the U.K and began working as a Nursery Assistant. This led her to employment as a nanny and she found that she particularly enjoyed this type of childcare. After moving to Scotland she enhanced her experience of childcare to also encompass the care of a child and their family dealing with leukaemia. This opportunity was an extremely unique and rewarding experience for her.

Jacqueline’s vast knowledge of nannies and families will be used within Glasgow Childcare Solutions to offer advice on finding the most suitable nanny for our client’s needs.
